At the inception of the Capstone project which evolved from PIDP to PIDP , I wanted to focus on designing a strategic labour market integration program for Philippine professional immigrants and skilled workers. What I would do differently: When I began practicing as a dental assistant, digital technology was non-existent. To sum it up, the PIDP certainly advanced my knowledge of becoming an adult educator, it improved my skills as a facilitator, and it undeniably changed my attitude about creating a learner-centred environment. Timely feedback, and think-backs guided me to begin considering myself as a professional educator, and not just a dental assistant.
